The Douglas School District is pleased to announce Jerry Bowman as our new School Transportation Director who just started today, Monday, May 5.
Jerry brings 19 years of leadership experience in transportation management working in schools in Gillette and Casper, Wyoming. He has a strong commitment to safety, and a passion for serving students and families.
In this role, Jerry will oversee the district’s transportation operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable transportation service for all students. He is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and open communication with drivers, staff, students, and families.
We are excited to welcome Jerry to the Douglas School District team and look forward to the positive impact he will make in supporting our students and families.

Tickets are now on sale for the Douglas High School Cabaret! The show will take place on March 13 and 14, featuring all current students. On Saturday, March 15, we will host Alumni Night, where more than 60 alumni will join us on stage!
